There is no load at all on the house circuits. All breakers are off.
Not sure about the polarity (didn't think that matters on AC). Wouldn't be
much trouble to swap it but since the plug works fine on everything EXCEPT
the house wiring I'm not sure how that could be it. If I get a chance I'll
test it in a bit.
