Call FM and buy a timing belt kit - it has everything you listed IIRC;
I presume you're
going to do the belt anyway. Only thing missing would be the oil pan
gasket.

They seem to "sub-set" their gasket sets and can tell you specifically
which set has what in it. Their prices seemed at market value, higher
only because you pay shipping rather than walking into a local store.
The bonus is that you help keep FM in business, unquestionably an
outstanding resource to the community.

I'm not sure I
understand
why you need a gasket set if you're not taking the head off the
engine.  Just what are you going to
do to the engine that you need gaskets for if the head isn't coming
off?  Other than a timing belt that
needs a cam cover gasket what else can be done that needs gaskets if
the head
is still on the engine?
