As far as I know, you should be fine.  Depending on how straight your frame is, though, that may not be true.  If worse comes to absolute worse, you can take off the side latches.

So my '93 was fortunate enough to receive a hardtop
for Christmas, it has a Harddog Sport rollbar. I know the hardtop will fit, but
will I have to take the rollbar out to mount the side catches? Waiting for them
to arrive, thought I'd do some preplanning. Thanks.
